Led design for all Trace software and mobile services within order, transport, and warehouse management. I worked across the full process from research to implementation. Established design systems and driving design changes in close collaboration with development teams, stakeholders, and end users. Trace is delivered to some of Norway’s largest retailers.

UX Consultant for Grab Admin software interface.

I helped update the software interface for the Admin interface to Grab, and helped create a new design system for all SOLWR ROBOTIC software services. Collaborated closely with the design team, development teams, stakeholders and end users for creating good routines to test and implement the new interface.

UX and UI Designer for SolarWinds MSP RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management).

Lead UX and UI Designer for the RMM software. I also created design system for the whole SolarWinds MSP product suite and helped implement and upgrade the new design across all software services.

UX designer in R&D projects

Ane was a 3D-printed persona to make machine learning more accessible. She supported shared understanding in early project phases and became a relatable symbol of intelligent, data-driven insight in R&D projects.

Master’s Project: WAVE Integration App
Designed an app for asylum seekers to support local integration through language, culture, and service access. Used data visualizations and visual language with icons and illustrations for clarity. Created in collaboration with UDI (Utlendingsdirektoratet) and NERS (North East Refugee Service).

Creative Marketing Support
Alongside my role as Lead Service Designer, I actively contributed to the marketing department by designing conference stalls, giveaways, campaigns, and digital content to strengthen brand presence.

Shaping Customer Experience through conference
For 8 years, I helped organize the annual User Forum Conference. Serving as marketing designer, event planner, facilitator, and speaker. The event plays a key role in shaping future product roadmaps through direct customer feedback.

Interactive Conference Stands

At Norway’s largest Java conference, I created two engaging stand concepts to showcase Trace software and DRIW’s company culture. In 2017, attendees drove mini forklifts in a gamified warehouse experience with RFID tracking. This earned us Best Stand award. In 2018, we launched a branded t-shirt with a custom e-commerce site for giveaway reservations and a robot-controlled package delivery competition.

Marketing Designer

Designed websites, white papers, infographics, and content assets to communicate product features and insights. Supporting campaigns, increasing awareness, and driving digital traffic. Creating digital and physical materials for conferences. All with worldwide deliveries.

Global Event Designer
Served as LOGICNOW marketing designer and handled event branding, digital, and print materials across MAX Conferences in Melbourne, Washington D.C., and Manchester.

Personal project collaboration with Modern Humanities Research Association
Contributed a multi-graphic artwork inspired by George Perec, Paris, and London as part of an international design collaboration exhibited at a conference funded by the Modern Humanities Research Association.

T-Shirt Collaboration
I collaborated with Nilz Trykkeri AS on a t-shirt collection supporting OSLOVE after the 2011 Oslo and Utøya attacks. All proceeds went to families affected by the tragedy.

Personal Branding
For my bachelor’s final project, I created a personal brand using a transparent map-based graphic of key life locations. It was applied across formats including 3D-printed jewelry, plastic business cards and showcased at New Blood Design Awards.

Motion Graphic for LO – 100 Years of Women's Rights
As a self-initiated bachelor project, I collaborated with LO (Landsorganisasjonen - Norway’s largest trade union) to create a motion graphic based on their magazine celebrating 100 years of women’s rights.
