THE WOMEN'S FIGHT
Client: Personal project in collaboration with LO Landsorganisasjonen (The Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions)
Role: Graphic Designer
Created: 2013
Summary:
Motion Graphics for LO – 100 Years of Women's Rights
As a self-initiated bachelor project, I collaborated with LO (Norway’s largest trade union) to create a motion graphic based on their magazine celebrating 100 years of women’s rights. Using their archival images, I brought the story to life through digital animation.
As initiative for a personal project during my bachelor thesis I contacted LO Landsorganisasjonen (The Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions) since they had published a magazine celebrating Norway’s 100 years celebration for female rights. The pictures in the magazine caught my interest and I was allowed to use them for creating a motion graphic that would digitize their story.
LO is decidedly the largest and most influential workers organization in Norway.
